InLiquid presents Body Language, an exhibition of artwork concerning the body, depictions of femininity, and public expression of private self. The work in this show places precedence of personal narrative over social norms or expectations. Some of the artists take a critical look at pop culture or the way the body is used through social media, while others offer a celebratory embrace. All of the artists use the body as a form of expression, in order to examine or reveal larger truths.

Gallery Hours at the Painted Bride Art Center are Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm to 6pm.
